3/30/2020 Robots!if you designed a robot, what jobs would it to for you? This is Mrs. Steffensen's grocery shopping robot. This robot has large tires so that it can travel to Publix. It has long retractable arms so that it can reach items on the higher shelves. Bluetooth will allow Mrs. Steffensen to tell the robot what to buy. When the robot gets to the check out, it can pull out Mrs. Steffensen's debit card to pay for the groceries. The nice people at Publix will put the groceries inside of the robot and it will roll back to Mrs. Steffensen's house. It has a garage door opener built in so that it can go inside the house and put the groceries away. Now design your robot! What are some jobs you wish a robot could do for you? Which lines and shapes will you need to create your robot? Draw your robot and add color with whatever supplies you have at home. Tell me all about it! [email protected] 3/27/2020 Greetings from home! We're just finishing our second week of learning and teaching from home. I brought some things to my house that remind me of the Art Room at school. Things are different, that's for sure! I miss all of my Artist friends so much! But we're going to continue to do our best and keep creating. I will be posting resources here for students and their families. I know there is a lot to do for school and then we are also taking care of each other and ourselves. So just let this be a place to find things to help you use some of your time in Arty ways. As I always say at school, your safety is my #1 job. So be safe and well and see you soon, Mrs. Steffensen |
